Compared to the commercial rollers the steel core of Bando roller is coated by a single layer of polyamide (PA) of high quality with reinforcing fibers, the method of production and assembly of the two materials ensures perfect grip and prevents the plastic coating to rotate around the steel roller (main cause of premature wear of these components). For this reason they are used as part of original equipment by many brands.
